Newport Nesselande was completed after the rise of this third residential tower. The building consists of two building parts. Most prominent is the 21-storey tower, which has been christened Copenhagen Tower. Next to it is Copenhagen Lakefront, a wider and lower six-storey building section. From every apartment there is a beautiful view over the lake. Go even higher and the skyline of Rotterdam becomes the inspiring panorama. The large balconies and terraces of the apartments have an ideal orientation to the sun. Copenhagen comprises 93 apartments, 28 single-family homes, retail space and parking spaces. This award-winning design combines single-family homes with apartments in a beautiful location on the Zevenhuizerplas.

Construction began with large 14m x 3,5m x 1,5m concrete footings in the foundation, which are needed to support the superstructure. The 15m high columns on the ground floor, each with the necessary reinforcement, were poured on site in one go, resulting in a sleek and clean finish. This was necessary from an aesthetic perspective. The use of tunnel formwork started from the 1st and 2nd floors up to the 21st floor.
