Foreman
As foreman, you will work on challenging projects and be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites. During execution, you are responsible for quality, safety, planning and costs. You will liaise closely with a project team consisting of colleagues and chain partners. The role of foreman is an independent one. Part of your job is to encourage healthy working relationships with team and crew members to create a positive, welcoming work environment. You will be involved in overseeing the construction process, supervising crew members, monitoring work schedules to ensure tasks are completed in the required time frame, preparing reports after project visits, and attending construction meetings.

- Several years of relevant work experience as a foreman
- Knowledge of structural engineering, safety regulations and quality standards
